ESSENTIAL FRANCE: NATURE, ANCESTRAL KNOWLEDGE AND LIVING FLAVOURS

ESSENTIAL FRANCE: NATURE, ANCESTRAL KNOWLEDGE AND LIVING FLAVOURS

Description

Embark on a unique journey through the most authentic and less-traveled territories of France. For 7 days, you will discover enchanted forests, organic farms, dormant volcanoes and medieval villages where rural life retains its deepest roots. From the aroma of a wild herbal tea to the silence of the calcareous plateaus, this itinerary fuses ecotourism, sensory experiences, local gastronomy and encounters with guardians of ancient knowledge.

Walk between dry stone walls, paddle through crystalline gorges, learn how to make a Laguiole knife, taste sulfite-free wines and live milk cheeses, and gaze at the stars from a scented meadow. This journey is a celebration of landscape, slow time, and connection to the essentials.
