Day 1: Pamplona

Arrival at the hotel. Our local representative will welcome you with a small "piskolabis", featuring the flavors of Navarra, and provide a detailed briefing on the itinerary and planned activities during your stay. The rest of the day is free for you to enjoy at your leisure. Dinner and accommodation included.

Day 2: Olite - Pamplona

After breakfast, we will pick you up from the hotel. We will set off towards the medieval town of Olite, where we will visit a Château-style winery in the heart of Olite. Pagos de Araiz is an impressive winery located on the outskirts of Olite. Discover its vineyards and the importance of their work, enjoy the interior of the winery while learning about the production process of their white, rosé, and red wines, full of nuances and personality. Visiting Pagos de Araiz allows you to appreciate and experience the philosophy of Masaveu Bodegas and understand the wine culture in an unforgettable experience that combines nature and art. This experience includes a guided tour of the winery and its art exhibition, followed by a wine tasting of three wines paired with local products. Duration of the visit: 90 minutes. Next, we will have a guided tour of the Royal Palace of Olite, the residence of the Navarrese kings until the conquest of Navarre and its incorporation into the Crown of Castile (1512). It was one of the most luxurious medieval castles in Europe. A German traveler in the 15th century wrote in his diary, now preserved in the British Museum in London: "I am sure that there is no king who has a more beautiful palace or castle with so many golden rooms"... Duration of the visit: 40 minutes. After visiting the palace, we will have lunch at a local restaurant. We will then return to Pamplona. Enjoy a private historical and cultural tour of the Navarre capital, Pamplona. Explore the city's history and traditions during a 2 to 3-hour guided tour. The rest of the day is free for leisure. Dinner and accommodation.

Day 3: Estella

After breakfast, pick up at the hotel. We will embark on the route to Tierra Estella where we will visit the Truffle Eco-Museum – Metauten Interpretation Center. The only interpretation center in Spain dedicated to discovering/knowing the world of this underground fungus. The Truffle experience, with a guided tour of the museum, a visit to the truffle farms where we can see the dogs in action in search of truffles (min. 6 people) and tasting of truffle products and products from Tierra Estella. Permanent exhibition in the Museum of the landscape photographer Antonio Goñi Aramendia. Duration of the visit from 2 to 3 hours. Next, guided tour by Estella. Known as "Estella the Beautiful" at its peak, back in the 15th century, it continues to live up to this maxim. Romanesque city that treasures palaces, stately homes, churches, convents, bridges and beautiful buildings that have earned it the nickname "the Toledo of the north." Duration of the visit 1h 30' (approx.) After the visit, return to Pamplona, ​​lunch in a typical restaurant and happy return home.
