From the Cape to the Savannah: Panorama Route & Sabi Sands

Upon arrival at Cape Town International Airport, meet with an English-speaking driver who will take you to the Portswood Hotel – V&A Waterfront.

Meet with an Italian-speaking guide at the reception around 19:00. The guide will give you your travel documents, provide information about the trip, and answer all your questions.

At 20:00 - Enjoy a 3-Cape Malay dinner at the Quarter Kitchen, located in the hotel (all other drinks excluded).

Overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel, pick up between 08:00 and 08:30 for the scheduled Hermanus excursion with Italian-speaking guide and lunch.

Entries included:

(whale watching cruise tickets not included). Scheduled group excursion. Return to the hotel at 17:30.

Overnight stay.

After breakfast, at 08:30, departure with an Italian-speaking guide for a full-day tour of the Cape Peninsula, lunch and entrance tickets included for:

• Seal Island cruise
• Cape Point Nature Reserve
• Boulders Beach Penguins
• Kirstenbosch Gardens

Scheduled group excursion. Return to the hotel around 18:30.

After breakfast, at 08:00, departure with an Italian-speaking guide for a half-day city tour, entrance tickets included for Slave Lodge Museum. Scheduled group excursion. Return to the hotel around 12:30.

Shuttle transfer between 17:30 and 18:15 with an English-speaking driver from the Portswood Hotel to the Gold Restaurant (Gold Restaurant shuttle service).

Interactive Djembe drumming session at 18:30 followed by a 14-course African feast (drinks not included) and entertainment at 19:00, return shuttle to the hotel at around 21:30.

After breakfast, transfer to Cape Town International Airport, in time for the flight to Hoedspruit (flight not included, see notes for suggested flight).

Arrival at Hoedspruit airport, meet with an English-speaking driver for the car transfer to Matimba Bush Lodge (about 90 minutes).

Depending on arrival time, afternoon tea/lunch will be served (drinks not included).

Dinner and overnight stay (drinks not included).

Full day dedicated to safari in Kruger National Park with an Italian-speaking ranger (open 4x4 vehicle), lunch included, drinks not included.

Departure from the lodge at 05:15 with packed breakfast. Return to Matimba expected between 17:00 and 18:00 (all activities are subject to weather conditions and may be subject to change).

Overnight at Matimba Bush Lodge in a standard room with full board and selected activities included as per program (drinks not included).

Early morning departure for a half-day safari in Kruger National Park with an Italian-speaking guide. Departure from Matimba scheduled for 05:15 with packed breakfast prepared by the lodge. Return to Matimba expected by 13:00.

In the late afternoon, enjoy a sunset river cruise safari on the Olifants River (drinks not included). (All activities are subject to weather conditions and may be subject to change).

Overnight at Matimba Bush Lodge in a standard room with full board and selected activities included as per program (drinks not included).

After breakfast, at 08:00, meet with an English-speaking driver/guide for the car transfer to Oliver Tambo International Airport in Johannesburg.

Along the Panorama Route, visit to the Blyde River Canyon.

Lunch stop at Corn and Cob and visit to a reconstruction of a traditional Ndebele village (drinks not included).

Arrival at OR Tambo International Airport is expected for 18:30.
